drove thru yer lovely metropolis today, always forget how big it is, roughly what percent is occupied?
about 396,000 in the city proper, about a million in the regional area I think? We're not as sprawled as Detroit so it's not quite as abandoned-feeling. What brought you to the northern coasts, if I might ask?
don't know if this is coming too late but you might ask anything; was heading from NY to NE, my wife just took a church near Omaha
